Ingredients for 6 servings:
- ½ onion(s), finely diced
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- 1 pepper, chopped (piri piri)
- some salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
very quickly and easily
Sauté finely diced onion, chopped garlic, and chopped chili peppers in oil, then add the canned tomatoes. Simmer for a bit and season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and basil. For those who don’t like chunky sauce, I recommend blending it.
