Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g bacon, streaky, salted and smoked
- 125 g Kasseler cutlet
- 125 g lard
- 1 small garlic clove(s), pressed
- some black pepper
Instructions

Grind the bacon, without the rind, through the coarse disk of a meat grinder. Fry the smoked pork in 1 tablespoon of lard and grind it through the grinder as well. Mix the bacon, smoked pork, lard, and garlic and season generously with pepper. This spread tastes especially good with hearty bread.
