- 125 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 feta cheese
- 325 g spinach
- 400 g chicken breast
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion(s)
- 200g mozzarella

Mix all the ingredients for the batter and let it rest for about 1 hour. Sauté the spinach in oil with the chopped onion, season, and crumble in the feta cheese, then fry briefly. Cut the chicken breast into strips, fry in oil, and add soy sauce for flavor. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the crêpes. Fill the crêpes with the spinach and chicken breast, fold them together, and place them in a baking dish. Slice the mozzarella and place them on top of the parcels. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
