Spinach and Kohlrabi in Lemon Sauce
The perfect spinach and kohlrabi in lemon sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Kohlrabi fresh
- 100 g Spinach young
- 200 ml Plant cream
- 0,5 Lemon, just the juice
- Herbal salt, sesame salt (homemade), pepper
- As a side dish pAsta or potatoes
- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small cubes. Sweat in a little oil or margarine.
- Add lemon juice and stew for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
- Add the vegetable cream, season with herb / sesame salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add spinach and stir in until it has completely collapsed.
