Spinach and Kohlrabi in Lemon Sauce

The perfect spinach and kohlrabi in lemon sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Kohlrabi fresh
  • 100 g Spinach young
  • 200 ml Plant cream
  • 0,5 Lemon, just the juice
  • Herbal salt, sesame salt (homemade), pepper
  • As a side dish pAsta or potatoes
  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small cubes. Sweat in a little oil or margarine.
  1. Add lemon juice and stew for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
  1. Add the vegetable cream, season with herb / sesame salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  1. Add spinach and stir in until it has completely collapsed.
