Delicious dish with smoked salmon and melted cheese

Thaw the spinach. Peel the garlic and onion, thinly slice the garlic, and finely dice the onion. Sauté both in hot oil. Add the spinach and sauté. Melt the cheese in the milk and slice the salmon, add the herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Grease a baking dish and layer the tomatoes alternately with the lasagna sheets, spinach, and salmon, placing the tomatoes as the last layer. Finally, spread the cheese sauce over the top. Bake the lasagna at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 to 40 minutes.
