Colorful strawberries

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 boxes of strawberries
  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk
  • Sweets, (sugar sprinkles)
  • Desiccated coconut
  • almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Strawberries with chocolate, various garnishes

Wash the strawberries and pat them dry. Leave the leaves on! Prepare sugar sprinkles, desiccated coconut, and almond slivers or other suitable toppings in small bowls. Divide the strawberries into three portions. Melt the chocolates separately in a bain-marie. Dip each strawberry portion into one of the chocolates and then roll each in one of the toppings. Arrange all the strawberries nicely on a plate and serve warm or chilled.
