Spinach and shrimp spaghetti

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125g spaghetti
  • 60 g cooked prawns
  • 25 g cream cheese with salmon
  • 100 g frozen spinach (spiced spinach)
  • 5 g horseradish from the jar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • possibly vegetable broth or water, milk, white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Single recipe, quick and easy

Thaw the seasoned spinach. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Brown the shrimp in oil, remove from the pan, and set aside. Add the spinach to the pan, add the salmon cream cheese, and horseradish, and bring to a boil. If necessary, thin with a little stock/water or milk (white wine also works). Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the shrimp and heat through; do not allow to boil again. Serve with the cooked spaghetti. Tip: You can also use plain cream cheese or with herbs. You might also want to add some very finely diced wild or smoked salmon!
