Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g spinach
- 30 g cream cheese
- 80 g crème fraîche
- 50 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Pat the chicken dry, sear it in a pan, score it, and place it in a casserole dish. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the spinach in a pan, season, and stir in the finely chopped garlic. Mix the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and grated cheese into the spinach and pour over the chicken. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
