Spinach cream pasta sauce à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g leaf spinach, washed, sorted
  • 100 g breakfast bacon, cut into thin strips
  • 1 large onion(s), finely diced
  • pepper
  • 200 g cream
  • Parmesan, grated
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Place the spinach, dripping wet, into a saucepan and let it wilt over high heat. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the bacon and onion until translucent. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Stir in the spinach, bring back to a boil, and season with pepper. Serve with tagliatelle pasta and grated Parmesan cheese.
