Spinach fritters

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g spinach, frozen
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs, frozen
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Oil (sunflower oil) for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spinach according to the package instructions. Let it cool slightly, then squeeze out any excess water. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Crumble the feta cheese, add the remaining ingredients, and mix everything together. If desired, add a little more flour to the mixture to create a more pliable dough. Tear off small pieces and form into patties. Heat a little sunflower oil in a pan and fry the spinach patties for about 5 minutes on each side.
