Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 large cans of tomatoes
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 200 g minced meat, mixed
- 800 g leaf spinach
- 40 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 point lasagna sheet(s)
- 250 g mozzarella, grated
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Tomato sauce (enough for about 4 lasagnas): Wash and chop the vegetables, and place them in a large pot. Add an onion and a clove of garlic. Add the canned and crushed tomatoes and season. Then simmer for about an hour. Puree the tomato sauce. Spinach filling: Sauté the minced meat, an onion, and the clove of garlic. Add the spinach leaves and simmer for about 20 minutes. Béchamel sauce: Melt the butter. Stir in the flour until a ball forms. Add the milk while stirring. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with tomato sauce. Place the lasagna sheets on top. Spinach filling, lasagna sheets, béchamel sauce, lasagna sheets, tomato sauce, lasagna sheets, etc. As a final layer, add tomato sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Bake at 200°C (no fan) for about 20 minutes (the cheese should be lightly browned).
