Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 point spinach
- 64 half pasta (macaroni)
- 8 slices of cheese (butter cheese)
- 8 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 200 g cream
- 1 tbsp cream cheese spread
- possibly Parmesan
- Paprika powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Thaw the spinach in an oblong casserole dish. Cook the macaroni in salted water. Roll 8 halves each in a slice of cheese, then roll them in the ham. Place these rolls over the thawed spinach. Gently heat the cream and cheese mixture until melted. Season the cheese sauce with paprika and pour it over the rolls. They should be well coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Cover and bake for 50 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
