Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g noodles (e.g. wide Asian egg noodles)
- 1 bunch of basil (Thai), cut into fine strips
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves, cut into fine strips
- 1 piece(s) ginger, cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 can of crab
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 pepper(s), red, cut into strips
- 1 chili pepper(s), red, pitted, cut into very fine cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and set aside. Sauté the ginger and bell pepper in a little oil, add the crab meat, and let it warm through. Season with salt. Meanwhile, cook the noodles and drain. Then transfer them to a bowl and mix with all the other ingredients (herbs, chili, sesame oil, sesame seeds, lime juice, bell pepper, crab, and ginger mixture).
