Spinach pasta casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 250 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Dice the onion and fry it in a hot pan with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the processed cheese with the crème fraîche and thawed creamed spinach. Combine the browned minced meat, cooked pasta, and spinach sauce and pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
