Spinach – potato – baby food

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 50 g leaf spinach
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Homemade is best!

Peel the potatoes and boil them in water until tender. Wash and sort the spinach leaves, then quickly steam them in a saucepan with the milk until tender. Place the potatoes and spinach in a bowl and puree with a hand blender. Season with a little salt. Let cool slightly before feeding immediately!
