Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small head of radicchio
- 1 oak leaf lettuce or endive
- 4 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 6 radishes
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash, dry, trim, and cut the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and radishes into bite-sized pieces. Add olive oil, drizzle with vinegar, and season generously with salt and pepper. Crush in the garlic. Place the sliced onion on top and finally sprinkle with the coarsely chopped herbs. Mix thoroughly at the table!
