- 400 g Tk – gourmet fillet
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 400 g Tk – spinach
- Salt and pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees; Place the frozen gourmet fillet in a suitable ovenproof dish and leave to stand in the oven for about 40 minutes.
- Time enough to prepare the spinach and cook the potatoes. For the spinach, finely dice the onion with the garlic and sweat lightly in the heated oil in a small saucepan. Add the frozen spinach, salt and pepper and defrost completely over a very mild heat. Bring to the boil once, season with freshly grated nutmeg and serve with the gourmet fillet with potatoes.
