Ingredients
For the potatoes:
- 400 g Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seed
For the spinach leaves:
- 400 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoon Good olive oil
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 sake Soloknobi hacked
- Salt and pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Sauce binder light
Instructions
- Place the gourmet fillets in an ovenproof dish and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes until crispy.
- During this time, wash the potatoes thoroughly and put them in a saucepan with the caraway seeds, then cook them covered with water for about 20 minutes.
- For the spinach, heat the olive oil and fry the onion cubes with the garlic in them; Add the thawed spinach with salt and pepper and cook briefly over a mild heat while stirring occasionally, stir in a little light sauce thickener to bind the liquid and season the delicious vegetables with freshly grated nutmeg.
- Drain the potatoes, rinse briefly in cold water and peel off the skin. Arrange on plates with the gourmet fillet and leaf spinach. If necessary garnish with a green herb or small tomatoes (the eye likes to see something nice and is known to eat with). Good Appetite!
