Spinach with Pumpkin

The perfect spinach with pumpkin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 half Coarsely grated Hokkaido pumpkin pulp
  • 500 g Picked fresh spinach, washed
  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil / coconut fat
  • Salt and pepper a.d.M.
  1. Leave the chopped onion in coconut oil, then add the grated pumpkin, season with salt, pepper and toss for about 3 minutes. Then add the spinach (spin dry after washing) and toss everything well. The whole thing will collapse in no time, then it’s done.
  2. This is a vegetable side dish, many side dishes go well with it, including the grill range, from sausages to steaks 🙂
