Spinach with Pumpkin
The perfect spinach with pumpkin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 half Coarsely grated Hokkaido pumpkin pulp
- 500 g Picked fresh spinach, washed
- 1 medium sized Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil / coconut fat
- Salt and pepper a.d.M.
- Leave the chopped onion in coconut oil, then add the grated pumpkin, season with salt, pepper and toss for about 3 minutes. Then add the spinach (spin dry after washing) and toss everything well. The whole thing will collapse in no time, then it’s done.
