Viennese Soil with Cream Cheese Mixture

Viennese soil:

  • 50 g Goji berries
  • 50 ml Pineapple juice
  • 2 Pc. Bananas
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 leaf Gelatin
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 130 g Liquid butter

Completion :

  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
  • Chocolate block, grated
  1. Soak goji berries in juice.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the berries + juice, put in the blender. Add the bananas + sugar, mix. Fold in the cream.
  3. Now bake the Wiener Boden first. To do this, first melt the butter and let it cool down.
  4. Beat eggs + sugar until frothy for approx. 10 mins.
  5. Sift in the flour + baking powder, fold in.
  6. Fold in the butter in a fine stream.
