Viennese Soil with Cream Cheese Mixture
The perfect viennese soil with cream cheese mixture recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Viennese soil:
- 50 g Goji berries
- 50 ml Pineapple juice
- 2 Pc. Bananas
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 leaf Gelatin
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 150 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 130 g Liquid butter
Completion :
- 200 g Cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
- Chocolate block, grated
- Soak goji berries in juice.
- Mix the cream cheese with the berries + juice, put in the blender. Add the bananas + sugar, mix. Fold in the cream.
- Now bake the Wiener Boden first. To do this, first melt the butter and let it cool down.
- Beat eggs + sugar until frothy for approx. 10 mins.
- Sift in the flour + baking powder, fold in.
- Fold in the butter in a fine stream.
- Line the baking sheet 4 square with baking paper, spread the dough. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes at 170 ° C, allow to cool.
- Soak the gelatine, let it swell, dissolve and fold into the cream. Spread on the floor, let set, then roll.
- Whip the cream, coat the roll with it, sprinkle with block chocolate.
