Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp water, lukewarm
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g flour (wholemeal spelt flour or wheat)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat them until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks, honey, and water until frothy. Add the nuts, flour, and baking powder, and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. Let stand for a few minutes. Bake in a springform pan at 200°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
