Sponge Cake with Fruit and Vanilla Powder

- 4 piece Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 packet Custard powder
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1 piece Soft banana
- 0,5 piece Floury apple
- 0,5 Cup Chocolate sprinkles
- 1,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Cut apples into small pieces, squeeze the banana
- Mix all ingredients, fold in the fruit
- Fill into a cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. every now and then check with wooden sticks whether the dough is still sticking.
- Let the cake cool down and dust with powdered sugar if necessary.
