Sponge Cake with Fruit and Vanilla Powder

The perfect sponge cake with fruit and vanilla powder recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 packet Custard powder
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 1 piece Soft banana
  • 0,5 piece Floury apple
  • 0,5 Cup Chocolate sprinkles
  • 1,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Cut apples into small pieces, squeeze the banana
  2. Mix all ingredients, fold in the fruit
  3. Fill into a cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. every now and then check with wooden sticks whether the dough is still sticking.
  4. Let the cake cool down and dust with powdered sugar if necessary.
