  • 25 g cashew nuts
  • 50 g block chocolate
  • 1 dried plum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious, healthy and everything in it, makes 12 servings

Place the hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, and chocolate block in a blender or food processor and use a slicer to chop into pieces approximately 1-2 mm in size. Do the same with the prune and raisins. Add the peeled and quartered apple to the food processor. Now add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and mix everything, preferably using the dough hook on the food processor. Once everything is well blended to form a very thick dough, transfer everything to a baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth it with a scraper to form a 1-2 cm thick rectangle. Place the tray on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 180°C (fan-assisted) and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Cut the baked muesli plate to its final size while it is still warm. I cut it so that it makes 12 bars.
