  • 60 g coarse-grained sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

very aromatic – makes 1 jar of approx. 110 ml

Finely chop only the green part of the leek and dry it on a baking sheet in a preheated oven. Bake at approximately 80 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes, then at approximately 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit) for another 15 minutes. Crumble the dried leek fibers slightly in your hand, then grind them with 60g of coarse sea salt in a coffee maker. Pour into a twist-off jar and place in the spice cabinet. It’s amazing how aromatic this small amount is. Use it with anything you like.
