Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese (0.1% fat)
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 handful of parsley, flat
  • 1 handful of wild garlic
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • some cucumber juice (about 2 tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

light and ideal for summer and anyone who wants to lose weight

Grate the carrots, slice the spring onions into rings, and dice the radishes and cucumber. Chop the parsley and wild garlic and mix everything with the quark. Stir in the mustard and cucumber juice and let it sit overnight. Season with salt and paprika just before serving. It tastes best as a spread on bread or with boiled potatoes and is also ideal for diets, as it’s very filling and low in calories!
