Avocado dip with quark

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 200 g quark
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • mineral water
  • Pepper, red
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the avocado open, remove the pit, and scrape out the flesh. Mash it in a bowl with a fork. Squeeze a little lemon juice over it to prevent it from browning. Then dice the shallot and add it to the avocado puree. Add the quark, a little mineral water, and season with red pepper, herb salt, and pepper to taste. Serve with potatoes.
