Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g turkey breast
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 lettuce(s)
- 5 kiwis
- 1 lime(s), organic
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 2 onions, red
- 3 sprigs of mint
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the lime in hot water and zest it completely. Then juice the rest of the lime. Wash and trim the chili, cut it lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice into very fine rings. Peel the onions and also slice them into very fine rings. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the turkey, then fry for about five more minutes. Mix everything with salt, pepper, sugar, chili, onions, lime juice, and lime zest. Remove everything from the pan and let it cool slightly. Trim and wash the lettuce, shake it dry, and also cut or tear it into bite-sized pieces. Peel the kiwis with a peeler and cut into small pieces. Wash the mint, pat it dry, and tear off the leaves. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Now carefully mix all the ingredients and serve the salad. Sprinkle over a few mint leaves and a little more freshly ground pepper. Enjoy.
