Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200g salami
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • some chives, finely chopped
  • some parsley, finely chopped
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 slices of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, and peel them. Finely dice the salami and cooked ham, as well as the eggs. Add the chives and parsley. Stir in enough mayonnaise until it forms a spreadable mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the toast, let it cool, and spread the mixture on top.
