Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g corn flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whisk together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Add the cinnamon. Gradually mix in the flour. Add a generous splash or 1.5 tablespoons of milk. Mix with the dough hook of a hand mixer or by hand. Place the dough in a piping bag (an electric one works better), pipe onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes, until the cookies are lightly browned. Let cool briefly and enjoy.
