Squid rings in tomato and white wine sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg squid(s), tubes
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 6 beef tomatoes, peeled
  • 500 ml white wine
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g pasta (black spaghetti)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the squid tubes and cut into rings. Heat the olive oil in a pan, briefly fry the drained squid rings and crushed garlic. Add the peeled and diced tomatoes and deglaze with the white wine. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped parsley and simmer with the lid on for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Serve everything together. Tip: If you like it a bit spicier, use 375g of white spaghetti with 125g of chili spaghetti.
