Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 400 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 jar flour
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • ¾ can condensed milk, sweetened (e.g. Milchmädchen)

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cream the margarine and sugar together, then gradually add the eggs. Gradually add the baking powder and flour while stirring, then add the walnuts. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Let cool, trim the edges, and crumble. Use a glass to cut out small cakes. Combine the butter and milk powder to form a cream and spread the cream over the cakes. Finally, roll in the crumbs.
