Sriracha tuna cream on toast

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) whole wheat toast, (sandwich toast)
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • salt and pepper
  • some sriracha sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the eggs hard for about eight minutes. Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Cut the tomatoes, onion, and eggs into small pieces and add them. Add the cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, olive oil, and Tabasco. Mix the mixture well and season generously with salt and pepper. Let the mixture stand uncovered for 10 minutes. In the meantime, toast the sandwich slices and lightly coat them with long lines of the Sriracha sauce. Finally, spread the tuna cream generously on the slices of toast and cut the bread crosswise. I don’t put a second slice of toast on top.
