quick pasta salad with star or alphabet pasta

Bring the water to a boil and add salt. Add the frozen peas. When the water has returned to a boil, cook them with the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions. In the meantime, combine the dressing with the listed ingredients in a large bowl. Once the pasta and pea mixture has cooled slightly, mix well – and you’re done! The key to this simple and delicious pasta salad, which is also very quick and practically effortless to prepare, is to use a small pasta variety that, when cooked, is about the size of peas or corn.
