Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 small kohlrabi
- 3 bunch radishes
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp herbs, chopped
- Salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Pepper, white, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and coarsely grate it. Wash the radishes and slice them thinly. For the salad dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, herbs, salt, pepper, and sugar and season to taste. Pour over the salad and let it marinate briefly.
