a delicious cake, suitable for a birthday party

For the pastry, put the butter in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Melt the chocolate in the butter and turn off the heat. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, salt, and melted chocolate, then combine the dry ingredients and stir into the mixture. Pour the mixture into three 20 cm baking frames and a stainless steel mixing bowl and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35 minutes. Then let it cool. For the ganache, bring the cream to a boil, then turn off the heat and melt the chocolate in the cream. Then transfer to a bowl, cover, and let it sit at room temperature overnight. Spread the ganache over the cake layers and stack the cakes. Place the round part from the mixing bowl on top. Chill for 30 minutes. Then cut the cake into the shape of Darth Vader’s mask, remembering the nose. Scoop out the eyes with a spoon. Then cover the entire cake with ganache, chill for 30 minutes, and then cover with another layer of ganache. Finish the details with modeling chocolate and chill the cake. In the meantime, mix the fondant types, darken with food coloring if desired, and roll out with baking powder. Spray the cake with baking spray and cover with the fondant.
