Stardust vegetable pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 parsley root(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth, instant
  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • nutmeg powder
  • 4 small Vienna sausages
  • 50 g pasta (star-shaped pasta)
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into florets and wash. Peel, rinse, and finely chop the root vegetables. Heat the oil and sauté the vegetables with the bay leaf in a soup pot. Pour in the stock and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Now add the peas and star-shaped pasta and cook for about five minutes. Then season the stardust pot to taste. Finally, slice the sausages, add them, and heat for about two minutes. Chop the parsley and add to the pot, then serve.
