Starter / Dinner: Aromatic Feta and Grape Packets
The perfect starter / dinner: aromatic feta and grape packets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Feta or herder cheese
- 10 Seedless grapes
- 1 branch Rosemary fresh
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Cold pressed olive oil
- 1 tsp Balsamic white, mild
- 1 tsp Honey liquid
Aside from that:
- Aluminum foil
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat). Drain the feta cheese and cut into cubes. Wash grapes and cut in half. Rinse off rosemary, shake dry, pluck needles and finely chop.
- Shape two sheets of aluminum foil so that a hollow is created (the best way to do this is to press the foil into a small bowl). Layer half of the feta cheese and half of the grapes in the foil, sprinkle with rosemary. Pepper a little, then drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey.
- Twist the aluminum foil tightly upwards so that no liquid can escape. Place the packets on a baking sheet and cook in the oven on the middle rack for about 15 minutes.
- To serve, carefully open the aluminum foil (caution, very hot) and fill the baked cheese into serving bowls. A rustic bread tastes good with it – bon appetite and have fun copying!
- Tip 5: In summer you can prepare the packets on the grill and serve them directly in the aluminum foil. Little effort and a lot of taste.
