Ingredients
 

  • 1 Chicken
  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 5 Allspice grains
  • 1 Laurel
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken with the vegetables, spices and salt until soft.
  • Then cut into small pieces. Put the butter in a saucepan, let it melt, add the flour and sweat it well, but don't let it turn brown. Deglaze with the milk, then gradually pour in the broth so that a good consistency is created.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcester sauce. Fill into small bowls, cover with cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is light brown.
