Ingredients
- 1 Chicken
- 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
- 5 Allspice grains
- 1 Laurel
- 1 Onion
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 100 ml Milk
- Grated cheese
Instructions
- Cook the chicken with the vegetables, spices and salt until soft.
- Then cut into small pieces. Put the butter in a saucepan, let it melt, add the flour and sweat it well, but don't let it turn brown. Deglaze with the milk, then gradually pour in the broth so that a good consistency is created.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcester sauce. Fill into small bowls, cover with cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is light brown.
