Asparagus Salad with Chilli and Ginger

The perfect asparagus salad with chilli and ginger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 18 Pc White asparagus well peeled
  • 18 Pc Green asparagus only cut ends
  • 250 Gr Strawberries
  • 1 Pc Kiwi
  • 0,25 Pc Mango
  • 2 Pc Chilli red fresh
  • 4 Discs Ginger
  • 1 El Sugar
  • 3 turns Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 Pc Lemon zest and juice
  • 1 El Raspberry vinegar
  • 4 Strawberries for garnish
  1. Cook the prepared asparagus in plenty of salted water with a little sugar and half a lemon until al dente. Cut the fruit, chilli and ginger into small cubes, marinate with sugar, pepper and the vinegar in a bowl, place the service ring in the center of the plate and fill it. Place the asparagus on the side, peel off the ring and garnish with the strawberry with green, which is cut into fine leaves. I always enjoy it with a glass of champagne! You will taste delicious too!
