Starter: Tomato on Egg
The perfect starter: tomato on egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
- Salt
- Crushed red pepper
- 0,5 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Grated cheese
- Open the egg in a small baking dish / souffle dish.
- Carefully pour the tomato over it and sprinkle with salt and Pul Biber to taste.
- Sprinkle the parsley on top.
- Put the cheese (I cut it into small pieces with a knife) on top.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 175 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
- Best served with bread.
- PS: This mini casserole can be made in any quantity and then cooked together in the oven, I just wrote the recipe for 1 person to make things easier. It is well suited as a starter or intermediate course in a menu or as a snack for a small appetite.
