Ingredients

  • 1 kg Fresh tomato
  • 1 Fresh onion depending on size
  • 25 ml White wine vinegar
  • 75 ml Oil of your choice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Sugar or sugar substitute like stevia but only 1/4 tablespoon.
  • 2 can Tuna fillet in oil
  • 3 Eggs

Instructions

  • First of all, prepare Grandma's Tomato Salad (see my recipe, Grandma's Tomato Salad).
  • In the meantime, boil 3 - 4 eggs hard and leave to cool.
  • Open the tuna cans and put them in a colander and allow the oil to drain. I use tuna in oil because it tastes more intense. You can also take tuna in its own juice.
  • Now chop the tuna and add it to the tomato salad carefully.
  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs into eighths and mix them very carefully into the lettuce. A delicious salad variant is ready that tastes good and makes you full. Can therefore be eaten well in the evening if you do not want to eat carbohydrates.
