Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 1 jar Ajvar, hot
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ pack of mixed herbs, frozen
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Steak butter
Mix the softened butter with the ajvar and mustard. Add a squeeze of lemon and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the frozen herbs. This will firm up the butter again. If it’s not firm enough yet, you can refrigerate it. It’s delicious not only with grilled meat but also on its own with crackers, potatoes, and baguette.
