Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 steak(s) (rump steaks, beef), aged
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp olive oil for marinating
- black pepper, freshly ground
- Sea salt from the mill
- some herb butter
- Baguette(s) if required

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Favorite food – rustic and simple from the electric grill
Marinate the steaks at room temperature on a plate with 6 tablespoons of olive oil without any other ingredients. Let it marinate for about 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes, slice them, and arrange them on a plate. Grill the steaks on the preheated grill for about 2 minutes on each side. Arrange the steaks on plates and drizzle the tomatoes with 4 tablespoons of good olive oil. At the table, season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with a little herb butter and perhaps some baguette.
