Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 tbsp sesame seeds, unhulled
  • 1 tbsp sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan parmesan substitute or delicious seasoning mix

The quantities refer to a 10:1 mixing ratio. The amount can be increased as desired. First, toast the sesame seeds in a pan, then briefly toast the sea salt. Combine the sesame seeds and salt and then grind in a blender or food processor. Finally, pour into a screw-top jar. Tastes delicious as an all-purpose seasoning—or over spaghetti Bolognese.
