  • 70 Pc. Chili Peppers LEMON DROP
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Glass Silver onions
  • 1 liter Cucumber infusion
  • 5 tsp Spice mixture for steaming
  1. Wash the chilli and cut off the “heads” (stem end)
  2. Peel the onion and cut into 5 parts
  3. Wash the twist-off jars (with lids) well and sterilize them in the oven at 110 ° C
  4. Bring the cucumber infusion to the boil in a saucepan
  5. Fill the jars with a piece of onion, 12-15 chilli peppers, a teaspoon of spice mixture and approx. 10 silver onions.
  6. Fill up the whole thing with cucumber infusion up to just below the edge. Wait briefly until the chillies are filled inside and pour them again if necessary.
  7. Close the jars tightly. Pay attention to clean glass edges!
  8. Boil the jars in the oven at 100 ° C for 20 minutes
  9. I only used LEMON DROP chillies in this case.
