Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 fish fillets (carp fillets)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- 1 tbsp oil
- 5 large mushrooms, brown
- 150 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- some lime juice, fresh
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Pat the carp fillets dry and sauté in oil for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Finely chop the onion, spring onions, and bell pepper and sauté in oil. Then thinly slice the mushrooms and add them. Pour in the cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Season to taste and serve with the fillets. Serve with potatoes and salad, for example.
