Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g potatoes
- 2 tsp sea salt from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the potatoes and spiralize them into spaghetti using a spiralizer. Fill a kettle with a colander insert with water up to the bottom of the colander. Place the potato spaghetti in the colander and steam for 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and season with salt. Arrange the potato straws as a side dish and serve.
