Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg pumpkin(s)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • some oil
  • 1 g onion(s)
  • dill
  • Caraway seeds
  • Paprika powder
  • some cream
  • Flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

(Muscat, Napoli, Red Zentner)

Peel the pumpkin, cut into noodles, season with salt, vinegar, caraway, and paprika, and let it marinate. Finely chop the onion and fry in fat. Add the pumpkin and sauté until soft. Mix the flour and sour cream and add to the mixture. Serve with finely chopped dill or parsley.
