Steamed wolffish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g fish (fish fillet)
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • ¼ liter of wine, white wine
  • ⅛ liter broth
  • 3 tbsp herbs (dill tips)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • pepper
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying (sesame oil)
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightly fry the onions and garlic cloves in the sesame oil. Deglaze with white wine, soy sauce, and broth. Add the herbs and mustard, and season. Place the fish in the pan and simmer with the lid on for about 12 minutes. When serving, pour the sauce over the fish. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad.
