with black pudding music

Roast the peanuts in a non-stick pan over low to medium heat without any fat. If you don’t set the temperature too high, it will take a little longer, but the nuts won’t burn as quickly. Dice the apple, peeled and cored, and the black pudding. Chop the onion. Mix the rapeseed oil, apple cider vinegar, and the diced onion, apple, and black pudding, then season with salt and pepper. Serve the hand cheese with the black pudding dressing and garnish with the roasted peanuts and a few chives. Serve with buttered farmhouse bread, potato pancakes, or hash browns.
